Shari Claire has been closely involved in the operation of QEMS since it’s inception. She is Director of Operations for Quantum Energy Management Consultants, LLC and as Senior Coach / Trainer brings to the table a powerful, yet sensitive approach when working with both top executives and line employees alike.
Prior to her becoming a partner with Colin Tipping she held an executive level position with Accenture and BusinessEdge Solutions as an experienced Customer Relationship Management Planning and Operations expert. Her strengths are as a skilled planner and marketer who can take new clients through the CRM lifecycle, from acquisition and assimilation to loyalty and advocacy. Her extensive experience in this field lends itself perfectly to the QEMS philosophy and methodology. |
