Pamela Black is a nationwide facilitator, trainer and coach, combining skills from her strong and varied background to specialize in executive coaching, leadership, relationship building and stress & change management. Dinny’s background for the past 22 years has been in customer service.  Identifying and satisfying the needs of the customer or client has become her primary goal and skill.  Beginning in a retail environment in the outdoor industry in 1977, Dinny identified her strengths and easily shifted into real estate sales in 1992.  As a successful owner of a real estate company she manages 20 agents as well as being a top agent working with buyers and sellers, assisting in the completion of both sides of a transaction.

Ana is a mediator and peace educator based in Northern California.  Over the past twenty years, she has worked with individuals, couples, businesses, government, prison inmates, at-risk families, non-profit organizations, and schools.
