The Workshop:

The approach taken with this workshop is definitley unique. The facilitators are neither “traditional” business consultants, nor psychotherapists. Nor does the workshop itself have a strong psychological orientation. Rather, it focuses on developing an acute awareness of one’s own personal "energy field” and how it can be developed and maintained at the “highest vibrational level” required of, and demonstrated by, the best top leaders in their fields. The facilitators bring to this work more than ten years of experience in this field, proving the method to be effective in improving relationships between individuals, races, factions, communities, and corporations.

The workshop ensures complete anonimity, strict confidentiality, privacy, emotional safety and support, as well as down-to-earth, authentic leadership by the facilitators. This is the respectful environment which top executives deserve in order to uncover, explore and then fully transform those aspects of themselves that might have been less than deserving of their own self-respect and pride; aspects that they might have denied, repressed and projected onto others at times during their lives.

The workshop runs from 2:00 PM on Tuesday and ends at 6:00 PM on Friday. Thursdays are open for participants to enjoy the many activities available at Barnsley Gardens Resort. Many spouses and partners arrive to enjoy that day with the participants, have spa treatments on Fridays and may even stay over the weekend to fully integrate this wonderful experience.
