| Lead Referral |
Lead Referral is for partners that would prefer recommending a solution rather than develop a new competency in a new program. In this track, Quantum Energy Management Consultants, LLC (QEMC) manages the sales cycle, closes the opportunity and provides the partner with a referral fee. |
| QEMS Coach |
QEMS Coach is the most popular track that provides an opportunity for professional coaches to become a member of the QEMS Partner Network following their completion of QEMS Level I Training. Trained QEMS Coaches are independent contractors who support the needs of organizations who have implemented the Quantum Energy Management System and signed up for the employee coaching benefit. |
| QEMS Consultant |
QEMS Consultant is the next track available to trained QEMS Coaches who meet a rigorous set of requirements. It uses a team selling approach, where QEMC provides QEMS Level II Training and works hand-in-hand with consultants to sell and deploy QEMS in client organizations. QEMS Consultants are independent contractors with a proven track record in business consulting, organizational development or other allied business discipline who are qualified to develop, manage and support QEMS client relationships. |
| Premier |
Premier partners select QEMS as a strategic partner to increase revenues and broaden their solution offering. They are typically well-established coaching firms or business consultancies with a significant client base. Following training, Premier partners are skilled to sell and deploy QEMS independently as licensees of the QEMS technology. |
