Who Should Attend:  ICF-certified coaches, RF coaches with corporate experience, business consultants, leadership, executive and life coaches with corporate experience, trainers, organizational development specialists, facilitators.  Members of the QEMS Partner Network shall be independent practitioners or allied consulting firms with an interest in adding QEMS to their list of business solutions.    

Required Preparation: 

1. Read and digest the content of the books, Spiritual Intelligence at Work (including the GiCo Story), and either, Quantum Healing Through Radical Forgiveness, or Radical Forgiveness, Making Room for the Miracle.

2. Review the www.qemsystem.com and www.radicalforgiveness.com websites.

3. Complete the free online Radical Forgiveness Worksheet at least once.

4. Download a Radical Forgiveness Worksheet and complete on one person.

5. Attend at least one of Colin’s free teleconferences, first Tuesday of every month. 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.

6. Purchase the CD, 13 Steps to Radical Forgiveness and use it at least 4 times prior to the training.

2. Consultant Level

This if for those associate level graduates wishing to train to deliver employee orientation seminars and management training workshops, both in-person and by webinar, as well as to generally support the implementation of QEMS in the organization.  This program also includes training in one-on-one coaching, setting up and running support groups within the organization and running the equivalent corporate version of the Radical Forgiveness Circle Ceremony.  (More details . . )

Note: Radical Forgiveness coaches who have completed the Advanced Training and have a great deal of experience working with corporations may be exempted from this training if they feel they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

At the end of this session you should be able to:

• Recognize a corporate culture that is progressive enough for QEMS and in urgent need of it.
